Business Intelligence Intern

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and analytical intern to support our Sales Operations & Sales Analytics team in driving process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to business process analysis, data analytics, automation tools, and CRM systems, offering an excellent opportunity to develop both technical and business skills in a dynamic corporate environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in process improvement and digital transformation projects to enhance business efficiency and productivity.Study and document existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.Engage with end users and stakeholders to understand current workflows, challenges, and business requirements.Develop and maintain Microsoft Excel templates and tools for data collection, reporting, and analysis.Support the automation of database validation and data quality checking processes.Analyze datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend areas for operational improvement.Create reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI to support business decision-making.Assist in testing, documentation, and deployment of process improvement initiatives.RequirementsCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis functions.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Power Automate.Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an advantage.Comfortable working with large datasets and performing data analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and business processes.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.What You Will GainPractical experience in digital transformation and process automation projects.Exposure to business intelligence, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.Opportunities to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and enterprise data processes.Mentorship and development in analytical thinking, business process improvement, and operational excellence.
