We connect vehicle owners with certified garages, mobile mechanics, and 24/7 recovery fleets through an on-demand super-app.The Role:We are looking for an ambitious, street-smart Business Development & Partner Operations Intern to join our founding operations team in Dubai. This is not a boring desk job where you send cold emails all day—you will be on the ground meeting garage owners, recovery fleet managers, and workshop technicians to build Carhabi's core supply network across Dubai.What You Will Do:Ground-Level Partner Acquisition: Visit automotive workshops, service centers, and recovery fleets across Dubai (Al Quoz, Ras Al Khor, Umm Ramool) and Sharjah.Live Product Demos: Present and demo the Carhabi Partner App to garage managers and workshop owners.Partner Onboarding: Collect workshop profile details, trade license copies, bay photos, and service menus to onboard them onto the platform.Market Benchmarking: Conduct on-the-ground pricing surveys (oil changes, brake replacements, AC servicing) to help optimize our customer pricing algorithms.App Feedback & Testing: Sit with workshop managers to test live booking flows and provide usability feedback directly to our product engineering team.Who We Are Looking For:Recent graduate or current university student in Business, Marketing, or Engineering located in Dubai/Sharjah.Languages: Fluent English. Fluency in Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is a massive advantage for communicating with workshop owners and recovery drivers.Strong Interpersonal Skills: Confident, personable, energetic, and comfortable walking into workshops and striking up conversations.Mobility: Must be willing to travel to automotive clusters in Dubai.
