We are looking for a Procurement Manager (Mobile Phones) for an Electronics Wholesale company based in the UA E.Location – Dubai, UA ESalary – 8,000 – 9,000 AED/monthQualifications & Experience:Proven experience in mobile phone procurement, ideally within wholesale, bulk trading, distribution or consumer electronicsStrong knowledge of the mobile phone market, including major brands, models, pricing, availability and trendsAn established network of mobile phone suppliers, distributors and wholesalers, particularly across AsiaDemonstrated experience sourcing mobile devices in bulk and negotiating competitive commercial termsStrong understanding of international sourcing, supplier management and cross-border purchasingCommercially minded, with the ability to spot profitable buying opportunities and maximise marginsExcellent negotiation, relationship management and communication skillsStrong analytical skills to assess market pricing, supplier offers and purchasing opportunitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment and respond quickly to changes in supply and demand

Key Responsibilities

Identifying, evaluating and sourcing mobile phones in bulk from manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and other suppliersDeveloping and maintaining a strong supplier network, particularly across Asia and other key sourcing marketsMonitoring market trends, pricing fluctuations, product availability and new device launches to identify buying opportunitiesNegotiating competitive pricing, payment terms, margins and delivery conditions with suppliersBuilding long-term relationships with existing suppliers while identifying new sourcing opportunitiesEnsuring the quality, authenticity and condition of purchased devices, including new and refurbished stockManaging procurement to ensure stock availability meets business demand and sales requirementsAssessing supplier reliability, pricing competitiveness, product quality and delivery performanceWorking closely with sales and commercial teams to align purchasing with customer demand and business objectivesManaging purchase orders, supplier agreements, delivery schedules and procurement documentationImproving procurement processes to reduce costs and maximise profitabilityAbout the role:We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join an electronics wholesale business specialising in the bulk trading of mobile phones.
