Should have 8+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementation of Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, LWC Development
- Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce, leveraging Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Apex, Flows, and integrations to automate complex business processes and customer interactions.
- Must hold Salesforce Certified Developer and Admin credentials (PD1 & Admin).
- Experienced in backend development and high-level design.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- Guide a team of developers, providing mentorship and technical direction.
- Conduct high-level design and code/design reviews to ensure quality and alignment with project goals.
- Resolve complex technical issues and escalations requiring advanced expertise.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver thoughtful and enriched solutions.
