This is a fully remote role focused on identifying, engaging, and converting new clients worldwide.About the RoleYou will play a key part in growing our client base by proactively sourcing and securing new business opportunities across global markets. You’ll work in a high-energy recruitment environment where speed, resilience, and results matter.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target potential clients globally through research, outreach, networking, and social selling (LinkedIn, email, calls)Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunitiesConduct discovery calls, present our recruitment solutions, and negotiate commercial termsConvert leads into long-term clients and hand over successfully to delivery teamsMeet and exceed monthly/quarterly new business targetsMaintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updatesStay ahead of market trends and competitor activity in the recruitment spaceWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 2 years’ experience in a sales or business development role (recruitment experience is a strong advantage)Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targetsConfident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skillsComfortable working independently in a fully remote setup and managing your own timeSelf-motivated, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentExperience using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are a plusWhat We OfferFully remote working – work from anywhereUncapped commission structure + competitive base (details discussed at interview)High-growth environment with real opportunity to make an impactSupportive team culture focused on results and continuous improvement
