Business Development Specialist

Our client is seeking a Business Development Executive/ Lead Generation Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building relationships with key stakeholders across the UAE construction and fit-out market.The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, relationship management expertise, and experience within project-based sales environments, which will align successfully in the organization.About the RequirementsIdentify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE within the construction, hospitality, commercial, residential, healthcare, and interior fit-out sectors.Conduct market research to track upcoming projects, industry trends, tender opportunities, and market developments.Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, project management consultants (PMCs), contractors, architects, interior designers, and other project stakeholders.Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking events, site visits, online platforms, LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted business development activities.Qualify opportunities by assessing project scope, timelines, budgets, specifications, and decision-making structures while supporting the sales team in converting opportunities into business.About YouBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, project sales, or specification sales within construction, interiors, fit-out, building materials, or related industries.Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with developers, consultants, architects, and contractors.Job Scams NoticeYour Safety and Data Security Matter to Us.Manpower Middle East is committed to a safe and transparent hiring process.
