Reservations Agent

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Director role based in Karāchi. The Director will oversee daily operations of the video editing team, ensuring projects are scoped, scheduled, and delivered on time and to quality standards. Responsibilities include guiding creative direction for edits, reviewing and approving final cuts, and providing clear feedback to editors. The Director will manage client relationships, translate client objectives into actionable briefs, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to align expectations and outcomes. Additional tasks include optimizing workflows, mentoring team members, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering a collaborative studio culture that supports growth and consistent output.QualificationsExperience leading creative or post-production teams, with a strong background in video editing and storytelling.Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with editors, clients, and internal partners.Demonstrated ability to give constructive creative feedback and uphold quality standards in fast-paced environments.Familiarity with common editing tools and workflows (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent) and file management best practices.Experience working on-site in a studio or agency setting; ability to thrive in a small, hands-on team environment.Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or relevant experience in a similar leadership role.Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory team management and a supportive, professional work environment.
