Its mission is to make flexible, powerful ERP solutions more accessible and impactful for businesses and institutions in the region.Role Description The CEO & Founder will provide strategic leadership for TODOO LLC, setting the company vision, defining growth priorities, and overseeing execution across all business units. This full-time, on-site role in Tashkent includes managing key client relationships, guiding product and service offerings in manufacturing, government integration, HRM, and education, and ensuring high standards of delivery and support. The CEO & Founder will oversee financial performance, lead business planning, and coordinate operations to align with long-term objectives. Responsibilities also include building and mentoring the leadership team, driving sales and partnership initiatives, and representing the company in the market. The role requires frequent decision-making, cross-functional coordination, and active engagement with local and international stakeholders.Qualifications Strong Finance and Business Planning skills to manage budgets, investments, and long-term growth.Proven experience in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to align resources with company objectives.Demonstrated Sales and business development capabilities to drive revenue and partnerships.Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and develop diverse teams.Experience in ERP, SaaS, or technology services, ideally with Odoo or similar platforms.Ability to work on-site in Tashkent and engage effectively with local organizations and public sector stakeholders.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
