WE ARE HIRING | INTERIOR DESIGNER – FIT-OUTARAS Fine Interiors L.L.C. | Sharjah, UAEARAS Fine Interiors is looking for an experienced Interior Designer – Fit-Out with strong practical knowledge of interior design, space planning, 3D visualization, and technical/shop drawings.We are looking for a hands-on designer who can support the full design process — from initial layouts and concepts through visualization, detailed drawings, shop drawings, and project coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare space planning and furniture layouts based on client requirements and site conditions.Develop interior design concepts and design presentations.Prepare mood boards, material selections, and finishes proposals.Produce high-quality 3D renders and realistic interior visualizations.Prepare walkthrough / walkthrough animation visuals when required.Develop detailed design drawings from approved concepts.Prepare complete interior fit-out shop drawings.Prepare and coordinate the following drawings:General Arrangement PlansFurniture LayoutsPartition LayoutsCeiling LayoutsFlooring LayoutsWall ElevationsInternal ElevationsSections and DetailsJoinery DetailsMillwork DrawingsDoor SchedulesFinishes SchedulesCoordination DrawingsCoordinate architectural drawings with MEP requirements.Conduct site measurements where required and reflect actual conditions in drawings.Incorporate client and consultant comments and manage drawing revisions.Coordinate with the Estimation, Procurement, Project, and Joinery teams.Support preparation of material submissions and technical submittals.Coordinate with the joinery factory to ensure design feasibility and correct execution.Provide technical clarification to site teams during execution.Prepare and update as-built drawings upon project completion.Maintain organized drawing records and revision control.Candidate RequirementsProven experience in interior fit-out design and technical drawing.UAE interior fit-out experience is preferred.Strong ability in both design development and technical/shop drawing preparation.Ability to independently develop a project from layout stage through detailed design.Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, joinery, and fit-out construction.Good knowledge of practical site execution and construction detailing.Strong understanding of joinery and bespoke furniture detailing.Ability to coordinate architectural layouts with MEP requirements.Strong attention to dimensions, details, and drawing accuracy.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within required deadlines.Required Software SkillsStrong proficiency in:AutoCAD3ds Max / SketchUp or equivalent 3D modelling softwareCorona / V-Ray or equivalent rendering softwareAdobe PhotoshopMicrosoft OfficeExperience with the following will be an advantage:RevitEnscapeLumionD5 RenderAdobe IllustratorPreferred Project ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following will be an advantage:Commercial Office Fit-OutResidential and Luxury VillasHospitalityRetailF&BHealthcareRefurbishment and RenovationDesign & Build ProjectsBespoke Joinery and FurnitureWhat We Expect from CandidatesCandidates are required to submit a portfolio together with their CV, demonstrating relevant experience in:Space PlanningInterior LayoutsConcept Design3D ModellingPhotorealistic RendersWalkthrough VisualsDetailed Design DrawingsInterior Elevations and SectionsJoinery DetailingShop DrawingsCompleted or Executed Projects, where availableShortlisted candidates may be requested to complete a practical design and technical drawing assessment.Application RequirementsInterested candidates are requested to submit:Updated CVDesign PortfolioSample Technical / Shop DrawingsYears of Fit-Out ExperienceSoftware ProficiencyCurrent PositionExpected SalaryNotice Period / Availability📍 Location: Sharjah, UAE💼 Employment: Full-timeImportant: Applications without a relevant interior fit-out portfolio may not be considered.#Hiring #InteriorDesigner #InteriorDesignJobs #FitOutJobs #UAEJobs #SharjahJobs #DubaiJobs #AutoCAD #3dsMax #SketchUp #TechnicalDrawings #ShopDrawings #InteriorFitOut #Joinery #UAEHiring #DesignJobs
