Rider POC / Fleet Supervisor

Company descriptionHelloo Alfajer Delivery Services L.L.C supplies and manages rider fleets for delivery platforms and businesses across Dubai. We are growing the fleet and the office team behind it. Our office is in Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2.Role descriptionYou are the person the delivery platforms call about our riders, and the person our riders call about everything else. You own the daily link between the two: shifts, targets, app issues, documents and road problems. Riders should know your voice, and the platform fleet teams should trust your numbers.What you will do:

• Act as the single point of contact between the delivery platforms and our riders
• Talk to riders every day about shifts, targets, app updates and issues
• Supervise riders on the road: attendance, no-shows, performance and discipline
• Pass platform instructions to riders and raise rider issues back to the platform the same day
• Onboard new riders: documents, equipment and app accounts
• Handle road incidents: accidents, fines and vehicle breakdowns
• Keep rider, vehicle, box and SIM records up to date in our system
• Send a weekly fleet coverage report to managementSalary: AED 2,500 to 4,000 per month. Full-time, on-site at our Ras Al Khor office.Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 1 to 2 years in delivery, fleet or logistics operations, as a rider, dispatcher, coordinator or supervisor
• Confident on the phone with riders and with client teams, and calm when several things go wrong at once
• Comfortable keeping records in a spreadsheet and learning a new system
• Already in the UAE. A UAE driving licence is not requiredShortlisted applicants hear from us within 2 working days.
