Employment Type: Full-timeRole PurposeGulfwest Company Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Development Supervisor to lead the growth and development of its Beverage & Patisserie Division across Saudi Arabia.The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the product portfolio, developing strategic key accounts, strengthening market coverage, and building a capable national sales team.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, industry knowledge, and the ability to deliver sustainable sales growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities1. Portfolio DevelopmentIdentify opportunities to expand the beverage and patisserie product portfolio.Support product launches and develop commercial strategies aligned with market demand.Collaborate with suppliers to identify new business opportunities.2. Key Account DevelopmentDevelop and maintain relationships with strategic customers across Saudi Arabia.Identify new business opportunities within café chains, coffeehouses, and related channels.Lead commercial negotiations and strengthen long-term customer partnerships.3. Sales Team LeadershipBuild, lead, and develop a strong national sales team.Expand market coverage across all regions of Saudi Arabia.Establish sales targets and monitor team performance.4. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with internal sales, marketing, supply chain, and other relevant teams.Coordinate with suppliers to support business development and portfolio growth.5. Commercial Planning and ReportingDevelop and implement commercial plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.Monitor market trends, business performance, and growth opportunities.Prepare regular sales reports and provide recommendations to management.Candidate RequirementsDemonstrated experience managing beverage and patisserie sales in Saudi Arabia, preferably at a national or multi-regional level.Strong understanding of café chains, coffeehouses, and beverage purchasing practices.Established relationships with key account decision-makers in the Saudi market.Proven experience building, leading, and developing sales teams.Experience in portfolio expansion, product launches, key account negotiations, and commercial planning.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.Willingness to travel regularly across Saudi Arabia.About Gulfwest Company Ltd.Gulfwest Company Ltd. is an established food distribution company serving customers across Saudi Arabia.
