We're looking for a leader to own the format and customerexperienceRoles & ResponsibilitiesConcept Development & Deployment● Develop and deploy a concept pizzeria in a Tier 2 city● Be a driving part of the Zero -To- One journey, from concept design to location identification tobuild out & daily operationsOwner of Product & Customer experience● Personally drive daily customer interactions from pre launch to launch & later● Be the voice of customer in the company, sharing insights & pain points● Continuously iterate on product & customer experienceGrowth & Operations● Own the customer footfall and P&L of the outlets● Drive ratings & feedback across all listings● Build SOPs that can scale to multi city operationsYou're a fit if you:Have founded or led a cafe, lounge, CDR, or western-cuisine restaurant concept, scaled it to a decentrevenue scaleAre a design-first thinker - space, ambience, menu presentation, brand feelAre entrepreneurial, and want to build something at scale, not just run a single outletUnderstand offline consumer behavior in IndiaWhat you bring:First-hand experience designing and running a physical F&B spaceAn eye for brand, aesthetics, and customer experienceAND very importantly, a Founder Mindset● Own the concept like a founder.● Balance creativity with commercial discipline.● Treat capital as if it were your own.Salary :- 30 to 40 LPA Contact DetailsHR-Chitra Aheronly whatsapp :- 9137577607chitraaher35@gmail.com
