The advisor will guide clients through company formation and business setup processes, including mainland and free zone options, licensing requirements, and regulatory compliance. Daily tasks include conducting consultations, assessing client needs, preparing documentation, coordinating with government and regulatory authorities, and tracking application progress. The role involves advising on residency and visa solutions, sponsorship arrangements, and related corporate structuring matters, while ensuring clear communication and timely updates to clients. The advisor will collaborate with internal teams to provide integrated services and maintain accurate records, contributing to efficient and professional client experiences.Qualifications Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret regulations, assess business requirements, and propose suitable setup options.Consulting and management consulting experience, preferably in corporate advisory, business setup, or related professional services.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and build trust with diverse clients.Finance awareness to understand basic financial implications of different business structures, fees, and investment options.Knowledge of UAE business setup regulations, free zone and mainland frameworks, and relevant government procedures.Proven client-facing experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail in documentation and process tracking.Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related field; professional certifications in consulting or business advisory are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, and use standard office and CRM software efficiently.
