Drive business strategy, product commercialization,channel development, customer experience, and digital transformation to establish a scalableand sustainable market-leading EV business.Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership ∙Define and execute the business strategy, growth roadmap, and annual operating plans.∙Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams.∙Drive business expansion through new geographies, channels, and strategicpartnerships.∙Monitor industry trends, competition, regulatory developments, and emerging mobilitysolutions.Business & Financial Management ∙Own P&L accountability and overall business performance.∙Develop and manage budgets, investments, and resource allocation.∙Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiencies.∙Ensure optimal utilization of business assets and capital.Sales & Channel Development ∙Develop and execute sales and market penetration strategies.∙Build and strengthen dealer, distributor, retail, and fleet networks.∙Enhance channel productivity, profitability, and market coverage.∙Establish partnerships with financing institutions and key commercial customers.Product & Market Development ∙Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and R&D teams on product roadmap planning.∙Translate customer and market insights into product and feature enhancements.∙Lead product launch, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.∙Ensure product offerings remain aligned with market requirements and customerexpectations.Customer Experience & Brand Growth ∙Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives.∙Strengthen brand visibility and market positioning in collaboration with Marketing.∙Improve customer engagement and ownership experience across all touchpoints.∙Ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction standards.Operations & Supply Chain ∙Align demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distributionactivities.∙Drive operational excellence, process efficiency, and scalability.∙Strengthen inventory management and supply chain effectiveness.∙Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.Digital & AI Transformation ∙Drive adoption of AI, analytics, and digital technologies across business functions.∙Leverage data-driven insights for business planning and decision-making.∙Implement digital solutions across sales, service, customer engagement, and operations.∙Promote connected mobility, IoT integration, and automation initiatives.Strategic Partnerships & EV Ecosystem Development ∙Develop partnerships with battery suppliers, charging infrastructure providers,technology firms, financial institutions, and government bodies.∙Identify and execute collaborations that accelerate growth, innovation, and EV adoption.∙Explore emerging mobility models and ecosystem opportunities.Leadership & Organization Development ∙Build and lead a high-performance, cross-functional leadership team.∙Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, agility, and collaboration.∙Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability building.∙Lead organizational transformation and change initiatives.Qualifications Education ∙Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, orrelated discipline).∙MBA from a reputed institution preferred.Experience ∙15+ years of leadership experience in Automotive, EV, Mobility, Consumer Durables, orTechnology-led Manufacturing.∙Proven track record of managing end-to-end business operations with P&L ownership.∙Strong exposure to sales, distribution, product management, and business expansion.∙Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and delivering profitable growth.∙Experience in EV, clean mobility, digital transformation, or technology-driven businessespreferred.
