The ideal candidate will have extensive executive leadership experience, a strong understanding of the Saudi HR market, and an established network of relationships across the human resources sector.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the company's overall strategy, operations, and business development.Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.Oversee recruitment, manpower outsourcing, staffing, and workforce services.Develop strategic partnerships and secure major commercial contracts.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers in the HR sector.Oversee financial performance, corporate governance, risk management, and KPIs.Lead executive teams and ensure achievement of business objectives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.Minimum 10 years of leadership experienceExperience in HR services, manpower outsourcing, or workforce solutions is highly preferred.Strong and established network within the Saudi HR industry.In-depth knowledge of the Saudi labor market and relevant regulations.Proven track record in business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.Fluency in English.
