Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

· Contract Duration: 6 months Role Summary: Our Finance Team provides support and insight for the business through planning, analysing and reporting. We use extensive data to aid important decision making that impacts our global organisation and to identify areas for improvement. Our team innovates through digitization to constantly improve the value we provide.Essential Responsibilities:You will be responsible for providing regional FP&A and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. This Position requiring thorough understanding, application and mastery of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.In this role, you will be responsible for:· Acting as a business finance partner and helps Operations define relevant plan to grow· Defining KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- manufacturing, R&D, engineering, supply chain, commissioning.· Analysing the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.· Managing the business cycle- 3-year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization.· Providing advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects, programs in the functional area and ways of working.· Contributing towards taking important decisions with business relevance or supporting business in making decisions understanding broader cross-functional implications.· Communicating high-level concepts to Senior leadership & executives.· Delivering specialized professional work delivered by single-layered team or professional work delivered by multi-layered teams.· Handling complex professional work in the department. Cases are unique and sometimes without precedent. Knowledge management & developing new approaches is important.· Leading, designing, and implementing of projects.Qualifications/Requirements: To be successful in this role you will:· Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college· Have at least 8 years of experience in FP&A Operations, preferably within Oil & Gas· Have knowledge of SAP and Hyperion· Be an advanced MS Office & Excel user· Excellent written and oral communication skills· Great interpersonal and leadership skillsOther Requirements:-· Rotation / Work Schedule: Regular work 5 days a week· Contract Duration: 6 months· Number of positions needs to be filled: 1· Preferred Language: English· Does the candidate need to be currently in the role country?· Rest of Offer Details (e.g, overtime, standby / travel rate…etc.): No· Candidate should be available to join before:· Important Keywords to be in the CV:Bachelor's degree,knowledge of SAP and Hyperionyears of experience in FP&A Operations, preferably within Oil & Gasadvanced MS Office & Excel user
