Chemist

We are looking for a Chemist to join our team and contribute to the development, optimization and production of cosmetic aerosol formulations.The position combines R&D, formulation development and production support, offering the opportunity to work on new products and projects for both existing and new private-label customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and optimization of cosmetic aerosol formulationsResearch and evaluation of raw materials and ingredientsLaboratory testing and evaluation of new formulationsOptimization of existing formulas based on customer requirementsScale-up of formulations from laboratory to productionTechnical support during productionQuality control and troubleshooting of production issuesPreparation and maintenance of technical and formulation documentationCooperation with suppliers regarding raw materials and technical specificationsCollaboration with the production team and other departmentsSupport in ensuring compliance with applicable EU cosmetics legislation and GMP requirementsParticipation in the development of new private-label productsRequirementsDegree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related fieldPrevious experience in cosmetics, formulation or aerosol products will be considered an advantageKnowledge of cosmetic ingredients and formulation principlesGood understanding of laboratory procedures and quality controlAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsGood knowledge of EnglishGood computer skillsWhat We OfferFull-time position at our facilities in ThessalonikiOpportunity to work in a growing cosmetics manufacturing companyHands-on involvement in R&D and product developmentExposure to a wide range of private-label projects and customersProfessional development and opportunities to expand your technical expertiseA dynamic working environment with direct involvement in the company’s product development and production processes📍 Location: Thessaloniki, Greece💼 Employment: Full-time🏭 Industry: Personal Care Aerosol Manufacturing
