About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer with approximately 20 years of experience in financial management, ideally within the infrastructure, construction, or oil and gas sectors. This is a senior, strategic role focusing on financial planning, risk management, and supporting long‑term growth across international markets.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the financial management of the organizationSupervise, coach, and guide a team of 10–15 finance professionalsDevelop and implement robust financial policies, controls, and forecasting practicesAdvise the executive team and Board on financing, risk, and investment strategiesMaintain statutory and tax compliance across jurisdictionsTravel frequently to Tanzania and other international project locationsRequirementsApproximately 20 years of experience in financial roles within infrastructure, construction, oil & gas, or related sectorsStrong financial and business acumen with a strategic mindsetExcellent command of English (Italian is a plus, but not required)Willingness and ability to travel periodically to Tanzania and other locations as requiredSkilled in leading and managing a finance team of 10–15 staffStrong interpersonal and communication abilities across international teams
