Team members join a professional environment that values technical excellence, collaboration, and continual improvement.*Location:* Dubai, UAE*Experience:* Minimum 2 years*Salary Package:* AED 5,000 per month*Benefits:* Company-provided accommodation and transportationJob DescriptionWe are looking for a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in construction and site supervision.Key Responsibilities* Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is completed according to project specifications.* Monitor site progress and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.* Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.* Read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.* Prepare daily site reports and update project progress.* Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability.* Ensure work is completed within the project schedule.Requirements* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.* Minimum 2 years UAE construction experience.* Good knowledge of construction drawings, site execution, and quality control.* Strong communication and coordination skills.* Ability to manage site activities and solve technical issues.
