Urgent opening for Civil engineer Location: Surat - AdajanIndustry: Real Estate / Residential ConstructionExperience: Experienced Civil Engineer with expertise in riverfront or sea-facing residential projectsKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and execute residential construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.Manage site execution for riverfront, sea-facing, and waterfront residential development projects.Perform centre line marking, layout setting, grid marking, and building alignment as per structural and architectural drawings.Coordinate with surveyors and site teams for accurate setting out of foundations, columns, walls, and other structural elements.Monitor foundation work, RCC work, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing activities.Ensure construction quality, structural accuracy, safety compliance, and adherence to approved specifications.Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project management teams.Monitor construction progress, manpower deployment, material consumption, and contractor performance.Identify site issues and resolve technical challenges in coordination with relevant consultants.Maintain daily progress reports, site measurements, inspection records, and quality documentation.Ensure appropriate waterproofing, corrosion protection, and durability measures for waterfront projects, as applicable.Ensure timely completion of assigned activities within the approved budget and project schedule.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.Proven experience in residential construction and real estate development projects.Mandatory experience in riverfront or sea-facing residential projects.Hands-on experience in centre line construction, building layout, and setting-out activities.Strong knowledge of civil drawings, architectural plans, structural drawings, and construction methodologies.Experience in RCC structures, foundations, waterproofing, and quality control.Knowledge of surveying instruments and setting-out techniques will be preferred.Strong coordination, site supervision, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage contractors, labour teams, and multiple construction activities simultaneously.Interested candidate can apply at indeerasingh@thetcscon.com or call at 9833208193
