Role Description The Director at ALWatanieh Securities Co. is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The role also involves setting clear objectives, maintaining high ethical standards, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.QualificationsProven leadership experience in financial services, brokerage, or related industries, with a track record of managing teams and business performance.Strong understanding of capital markets, trading practices, and brokerage operations, including risk management and regulatory requirements.Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data and metrics to drive strategy and improvements.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA, relevant licenses) are highly beneficial.Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment, prioritize multiple initiatives, and maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity.Experience leading change management, process optimization, or digital transformation projects within a brokerage or financial institution is a plus.
