Primary Location: Raleigh, NCV-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Clinical Documentation Principal Trainer (Epic) for our premier client in Raleigh, NC.Knowledge and Skills:Design, build, and maintain training curriculum for clinical documentation workflows (e.g., provider documentation, templates, SmartTools)Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and at-the-elbow training to providers and clinical staffDevelop training materials including manuals, eLearning modules, quick reference guides, and simulationsServe as a subject matter expert in clinical documentation workflows within the EHR (Epic preferred)Collaborate with application analysts and informatics teams to understand system design and changesOptimization & Continuous ImprovementIdentify documentation improvement opportunities through feedback, metrics, and workflow analysisSupport & EvaluationEvaluate training effectiveness through surveys, proficiency assessments, and performance metrics.
