The National Pedagogical University of Uzbekistan named after Nizami Ganjavi is looking for an analytical, curious, and proactive colleague to support its strategic development and international engagement.This role offers an opportunity to turn research and institutional data into decisions, build international partnerships, and contribute to the university’s long-term direction.🔎 What you will work on:

• International rankings: Coordinate with ranking agencies; collect, validate, analyze, and submit institutional data.
• Stakeholder engagement: Develop communication channels connecting partner universities, employers, and other stakeholders.
• International accreditation: Liaise with accreditation bodies, organize meetings, explore areas of mutual interest, and help university staff and students prepare for accreditation processes.
• Research analytics: Prepare monthly reports using Scopus, SciVal, Web of Science, and other analytical databases; conduct benchmarking and SWOT analyses.
• Strategic planning: Contribute to the development and institutional adoption of the university’s strategic plan.💡 Who we are looking for:Someone with a research background, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to see both the details and the bigger picture.We value intellectual curiosity, creative and critical thinking, adaptability, and emotional intelligence. You should be able to connect ideas across disciplines, evaluate competing explanations, communicate thoughtfully, and translate evidence into practical recommendations.🛠 Essential skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Canva.
• Working knowledge of statistical tools such as SPSS, R, or an equivalent.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into research, analysis, and everyday workflows while independently verifying their outputs.Your own reasoning matters. We expect you to question assumptions, recognize limitations, and take responsibility for your conclusions.
