Co-Founder & Managing Director – Ultra-Luxury Proptech (Dubai)

HAVN is looking for an entrepreneurial Dubai Co-Founder to anchor our physical operations, lead regulated transactions, and spearhead our market expansion in the UAE. This is an equity-based co-founder partnership (unpaid/sweat equity initially, with remuneration and payouts to be introduced as we scale operations and revenue). You will own the buyer representation framework on the ground, build critical local agency partnerships, and serve high net worth clients navigating Dubai's ultra-luxury property market. Success in this role means establishing a fully licensed, compliant local presence, closing high-value acquisitions, and scaling our tech-enabled property concierge platform alongside our core team. This role sits at the absolute core of our international growth strategy, turning our vision of modern buyer-side luxury real estate into execution. ResponsibilitiesSpearhead local operations under a compliant Dubai Mainland entity, ensuring strict adherence to Dubai Land Department and RERA guidelines. Lead high-stakes, discreet acquisition advisory and relationship management for ultra-high-net-worth clients targeting luxury properties valued at ten million US dollars and above. Build and maintain strategic alliances with top Dubai real estate agencies, developers, and private family offices to secure proprietary deal flow. Establish and oversee the physical corporate office footprint and local licensing infrastructure in Dubai. Collaborate with the founding team to integrate our proptech platform workflows with daily brokerage and client-facing operations.QualificationsActive and valid RERA Broker License and Dubai Land Department registration. Ability to register or provide a compliant physical office space with an Ejari agreement for the onshore entity setup. Seven to ten plus years of proven leadership and transaction experience dealing directly with VVIP and ultra-high-net-worth clients in Dubai's luxury property market. Deep knowledge of local property laws, escrow procedures, and luxury real estate acquisitions.An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for early-stage tech ventures, equity ownership, and innovative client experiences.
