Coffee Equipment Technician and Driver

Key Responsibilities1. Technical & Maintenance ServicesInstallation & Setup: Install, calibrate, and commission commercial espresso machines, grinders, batch brewers, and water filtration systems at client venues.Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine preventive maintenance, emergency troubleshooting, and on-site repairs (electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical).Water Quality Management: Test water hardness/TDS and install or replace filtration systems to protect machine performance and coffee quality.Client Guidance: Brief venue staff on daily equipment care, cleaning protocols, and basic operation best practices.2. Driving & Logistics OperationsEquipment Transport & Delivery: Safely transport machinery, spare parts, coffee beans, and supplies across the UAE following assigned daily dispatch schedules.Route Optimization: Plan efficient routes across Emirates to ensure timely delivery and service response times.Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the company vehicle in clean, operational condition, ensuring up-to-date registration, service logs, and safety checks.3. Warehouse & Inventory Assistance (Preferred)Assist in receiving, inspecting, offloading, and organizing incoming shipments of coffee machines, spare parts, and consumables.Maintain clear inventory logs for spare parts, service tools, and returned machine units.Prepare, pack, and label goods for dispatch according to logistics orders.Requirements & QualificationsLicense: Valid UAE Manual/Automatic Driving License (Mandatory).Experience:Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on technical experience with commercial espresso machines (e.g., La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, Sanremo, Victoria Arduino) and coffee grinders.Experience driving commercial light vehicles across UAE routes.Skills:Solid understanding of basic hydraulics, electrical circuitry, water filtration, and pressure systems.Good spoken and written English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.Strong physical endurance for lifting and handling coffee machinery and warehouse stock.
