Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: UAEFunction: Supply Chain / Logistics / OperationsJob SummaryWe are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support day-to-day supply chain operations, including order processing, inventory coordination, logistics, supplier follow-up, and shipment tracking.The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and experience working across procurement, logistics, warehouse, and internal business teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate end-to-end supply chain activities from order placement through delivery.Monitor purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.Track inventory levels and support stock availability planning.Follow up on delayed orders, shortages, and delivery issues.Maintain accurate supply chain trackers, reports, and documentation.Support import/export and shipping documentation where required.Coordinate with Procurement and Finance on purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation.Update ERP systems with order, inventory, and shipment information.Prepare periodic reports on stock, delivery performance, and outstanding orders.Support demand planning and replenishment activities.Ensure documentation is maintained in line with company processes and compliance requirements.Assist in identifying opportunities to improve lead times, service levels, and operational efficiency.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.Previous experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement Coordination, or Order Management.Good knowledge of purchase orders, inventory, shipping, and delivery coordination.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is preferred.Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.Good analytical and problem-solving ability.Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.UAE/GCC experience is preferred.Key SkillsSupply Chain Coordination, Logistics Coordination, Order Management, Inventory Management, Purchase Orders, Shipment Tracking, Supplier Coordination, Procurement Support, Warehouse Coordination, Import Export Documentation, Demand Planning, Replenishment, ERP, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel, Reporting, Vendor Management, Delivery Management, Supply Chain Operations.
