Team members work in a friendly, fast-paced setting where great service and consistent quality are priorities for every shift.Role Description The Coffee Shop Manager at Raymond's is a full-time, on-site role based in Twickenham. The manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and coordination of food and beverage preparation. This role involves leading and scheduling the team, training staff on service standards and product knowledge, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. The manager monitors customer flow, addresses service issues, and supports a positive customer experience. The role also includes basic administrative tasks such as cash handling, reporting, and working with ownership on promotions and improvements.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to ensure guests feel welcome and well cared for.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with customers, team members, and suppliers.Candidates should possess Operations Management and Store Management skills to oversee daily activities, inventory, and staff scheduling.Experience in hospitality, retail, or food and beverage environments is beneficial.Ability to lead a team, resolve issues calmly, and maintain high standards during busy periods.Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
