Collection Officer - Real Estate

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented Collection Officer to oversee and optimize our real estate collection operations. In this role, you will manage outstanding portfolios, handle accounts, and drive strategies to minimize overdue balances while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all collection buckets and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding payments.Handle terminated accounts, recovery collections, and overdue balances.Respond to client inquiries and requests across all communication channels.Follow up on payment commitments and resolve collection-related issues.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient collection and recovery processes.Monitor collection performance and contribute to achieving departmental targets.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate collections department.Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.Hands-on experience with Real Estate CRM software (Salesforce & Oracle NetSuite).Knowledgeable of the real estate payment workflows (PDCs, wire transfers, payment plans, and cancellation/termination policies).Please note only candidates with Dubai Real Estate Development experience will be considered for this role.
