Have you built trusted relationships with CEOs, CFOs, business owners, family offices, and senior decisionmakers across the UAE that have translated into measurable business growth?A leading professional services firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Commercial Director to drive strategic growth, client acquisition, and key account development across the UAE and GCC.This opportunity is designed for professionals from accounting, advisory, consulting, legal, corporate banking, or related professional services environments who have successfully developed senior executive relationships and generated growth through a consultative, relationship-driven approach.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and strengthen relationships with CEOs, CFOs, business owners, family offices, and senior corporate decisionmakers across the UAE and GCC.Identify, develop, and convert opportunities across Audit, Tax, Advisory, Risk, Compliance, Accounting, HR, Payroll, Technology, and related professional services.Partner closely with senior leadership and service line leaders to drive strategic account development and revenue growth.Expand the firm's market presence through networking, referrals, industry events, strategic partnerships, and relationship-building initiatives.Lead client pursuits, proposals, presentations, commercial discussions, and engagement conversion activities.Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and contribute to the firm's long-term growth strategy.Drive cross-service opportunities within existing client relationships to enhance client value and business growth.Ideal Candidate10+ years of experience within professional services, consulting, accounting, legal, advisory, corporate banking, or a similar relationship-led environment.Established network of CEOs, CFOs, business owners, family offices, and senior corporate decisionmakers within the UAE.Proven track record in business development, strategic relationship management, and client acquisition.Experience working with multinational organisations, family-owned businesses, government-related entities, or large corporate groups.Strong commercial acumen, executive presence, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.Deep understanding of the UAE business landscape and professional services sector.Please NoteThis role is intended for candidates with experience in professional services, consulting, advisory, accounting, legal, corporate banking, or financial services environments.Candidates whose backgrounds are primarily in telecommunications, FMCG, retail, real estate brokerage, product sales, insurance sales, or general trading are unlikely to be a suitable fit.#CommercialDirector #ProfessionalServices #BusinessDevelopment #StrategicRelationships #ClientDevelopment #Consulting #Advisory #Accounting #CorporateBanking #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #ExecutiveHiring #LeadershipCareers
