We take pride in being a trusted partner for fitness enthusiasts and professionals alike, delivering value and reliability in every purchase.Key Responsibilities✅ Develop and execute sales growth strategies across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other GCC markets.✅ Drive revenue across retail stores, e-commerce, B2B, and commercial fitness projects.✅ Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.✅ Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and distribution channels.✅ Improve sales conversion, productivity, and profitability.✅ Establish sales KPIs, forecasting, and performance reporting.✅ Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Procurement teams to maximize business growth.✅ Support market expansion and the development of new product categories.Requirements✔️ 10+ years of sales experience with a proven leadership track record.✔️ Demonstrated success in managing multi-million-dirham sales operations.✔️ Experience in retail, distribution, consumer products, or the fitness industry.✔️ Strong understanding of UAE, Saudi Arabia, and GCC markets.✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.✔️ Commercially focused, analytical, and hands-on approach.✔️ Proven ability to build teams, execute strategies, and deliver measurable results.
