Concierge Officers / Guest Relations Location: Cape Town, CBDWorking Hours: Rotational shifts, including day and night shiftsWe are recruiting professional, reliable and customer-focused Concierge Officers to join the team for a mixed use, residential complex in Cape Town CBD.The ideal candidates will have experience in security, access control, reception and concierge services, with excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a safe, welcoming and professional environment for residents and visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist residents, guests and visitors professionally.Manage visitor registration and building access control.Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems.Conduct routine patrols and ensure compliance with building rules.Respond promptly to resident enquiries, complaints and emergencies.Maintain accurate visitor records, incident reports and daily documentation.Handle confidential information in accordance with POPIA.Liaise with management and assist in resolving operational issues.Maintain a professional and secure reception environment.Minimum RequirementsMatric / Grade 12 or equivalent.Previous experience in security, access control, reception or concierge services.Good verbal communication skills in English.Basic computer literacy and professional telephone etiquette.Strong customer-service and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.Honest, dependable and professional, with sober habits.AdvantageousPrevious experience in a residential complex, apartment building or similar environment.Experience operating CCTV and access-control systems.Knowledge of POPIA and emergency procedures.First Aid or firefighting training.Previous security industry experience.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV, indicating their relevant experience, current location, notice period and salary expectations.
