Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Construction Director to lead and oversee our construction operations in Dubai.The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the UAE construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-rise buildings, residential, commercial, and large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee multiple construction projects from initiation to successful completion.Lead Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, and site teams.Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.Manage project execution, resource allocation, subcontractors, and overall site operations.Coordinate with consultants, developers, authorities, and senior management.Drive operational efficiency, project profitability, and compliance with UAE construction regulations.

Requirements
