Construction Foreman – Specialist Concrete Works – Arabic SpeakingDubai, UAE | On-site | Full-timeWEM Technical Services LLC, established in 2009, is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead specialist concrete works across UAE projects. We welcome candidates with proven supervision experience in concrete cutting and controlled demolition OR concrete repair and structural strengthening. Experience in either division is acceptable; experience in both is an advantage.Responsibilities

• Plan daily activities with the project engineer and allocate crews, equipment and materials.
• Supervise work against approved drawings, method statements, permits and authorised engineering instructions.
• Coordinate access, work sequencing, inspections and handover with WEM and the main contractor.
• Monitor workmanship, progress, equipment readiness and crew productivity. Record quantities, manpower, equipment hours, delays and instructions.
• Care for equipment and materials, report defects, and prevent avoidable rework.
• Stop and escalate unexpected structural, service or site conditions. Do not authorise unplanned structural changes independently.Requirements
• Proven foreman or crew-supervision experience in at least one of the two specialist divisions described above.
• Ability to read practical site drawings, follow approved work methods and maintain useful daily records.
• Professional spoken Arabic and sufficient English for site instructions, reporting and coordination.
• Evidence of managing crews and dealing responsibly with constraints, inspections and unexpected conditions.
• Ability to work from Dubai and attend UAE project sites.
