We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, providing comprehensive psychiatric care, and supporting patients in improving their mental well-being and quality of life.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of psychiatric and mental health conditionsDevelop individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy where appropriateTreat conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other psychiatric conditionsConduct psychiatric evaluations and monitor patients' treatment progressProvide crisis assessment and manage patients experiencing acute psychiatric episodesCollaborate with psychologists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient careCounsel patients and families regarding treatment options and ongoing careMaintain accurate medical records and uphold patient confidentiality and clinical standardsSupervise junior medical staff and contribute to clinical quality improvement initiativesRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeMD/DNB in Psychiatry or an equivalent recognized postgraduate qualificationSignificant post-specialization experience at Consultant levelExperience in managing complex psychiatric cases and developing individualized treatment plansStrong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
