Consultant Spine Surgeon

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Spine Surgeon to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and surgically managing spinal disorders, providing advanced care for patients with degenerative conditions, spinal deformities, and traumatic spinal injuries.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage complex spinal conditions affecting the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spinePerform spinal surgical procedures, including decompression, spinal fusion, and minimally invasive spine surgery, according to clinical expertiseManage conditions such as herniated discs, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, and spinal deformitiesEvaluate patients and develop individualized surgical and non-surgical treatment plansProvide pre-operative assessments and comprehensive post-operative careManage spinal trauma and other urgent spinal conditionsCollaborate with neurologists, orthopaedic specialists, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation teamsMonitor patient recovery and manage post-operative complicationsSupervise junior medical staff and contribute to clinical quality improvement initiativesRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeRelevant postgraduate qualification in Orthopaedics or Neurosurgery, with advanced specialization or fellowship training in Spine SurgerySignificant post-specialization experience at Consultant levelExperience in complex spinal procedures and the management of degenerative and traumatic spinal conditionsStrong surgical judgment, clinical leadership, and patient communication skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
