We are seeking an experienced Consultant Visceral Surgeon to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will specialize in the surgical management of abdominal and digestive system disorders, providing advanced surgical care for patients with complex gastrointestinal conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and surgically manage diseases affecting the abdominal organs and digestive systemPerform open and minimally invasive procedures involving the stomach, intestines, colon, gallbladder, and other abdominal organsManage conditions such as hernias, gallstones, intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal tumors, and inflammatory bowel diseases requiring surgeryConduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized surgical treatment plansProvide pre-operative evaluations and post-operative careManage surgical emergencies and post-operative complicationsCollaborate with gastroenterologists, oncologists, radiologists, and other specialistsSupervise junior medical staff and contribute to clinical quality improvement initiativesRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeRelevant postgraduate qualification in General Surgery, Visceral Surgery, or an equivalent surgical specialtySignificant post-specialization experience at Consultant levelExperience in open and minimally invasive abdominal surgical proceduresStrong surgical judgment, clinical leadership, and communication skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
