The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries affecting the dental pulp and root canal system, helping patients preserve their natural teeth through advanced endodontic care.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage diseases affecting the dental pulp and root canal systemPerform primary and complex root canal treatmentsManage cases involving dental trauma, pulp infections, and periapical diseasesPerform endodontic retreatment and other specialized procedures as requiredUse dental imaging and magnification techniques to support accurate diagnosis and treatmentEvaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plansCollaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists for comprehensive patient careEducate patients on treatment options and post-procedure careMaintain accurate clinical records and follow established infection control protocolsRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsBDS or equivalent dental degreeMDS or equivalent postgraduate qualification in EndodonticsMinimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferredExperience in complex root canal treatments, retreatment, and dental trauma managementStrong clinical, diagnostic, and patient communication skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
