Day-to-day tasks include administering HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, maintaining personnel records, and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities. The role involves advising managers and team members on HR procedures, assisting with performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Specialist will also help drive employee engagement initiatives, resolve routine HR-related inquiries, and collaborate with leadership to support a positive and inclusive work environment.QualificationsStrong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations, along with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Tagalog is highly preferred.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, handle confidential information with discretion, and support an inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace.
