Content Creation & eCommerce Product Specialist

Fashion Clinic is one of Portugal's leading luxury fashion retailers, bringing together an exclusive selection of renowned international brands. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and proactive Content Creation & eCommerce Product Specialist to join our eCommerce Team.In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of our online business, helping to ensure that products are presented in a compelling and accurate way across our digital channels. Working closely with Marketing, Buying and Operations teams, you will contribute to content creation, product launches and digital merchandising initiatives that enhance the customer experience and drive online growth.

Main Responsibilities

Create and manage engaging content across digital and social media channels;Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement;Manage and maintain product information, imagery and merchandising content within Shopify;Support the launch of new products across digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency;Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns and product communications;Manage social media scheduling, publishing and community engagement, with a focus on Pinterest;Monitor competitors, consumer trends and market opportunities to generate actionable insights;Track digital performance and prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvement.Profile:Previous experience with Shopify and e-commerce content management;Experience managing content across social media platforms;Strong written communication and copywriting skills;Highly organized with strong attention to detail;Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset;Interest in digital innovation, AI tools and emerging technologies.Nice to Have:Experience with Canva and content creation tools;Knowledge of SEO and e-commerce best practices;Experience with email marketing platforms;Previous experience in luxury, hospitality, retail or lifestyle brands.If you are passionate about content creation, e-commerce and digital innovation, we would love to hear from you.
