Tailor my CV for this job — freeJob Description Position Overview The Content & Creative Manager turns approved campaign direction into a content plan and finished work. This is a hands-on management role between the Creative Director and the people producing copy, design, photography, and video. The Manager can develop ideas and improve briefs; the Creative Director retains final ownership of campaign concepts, visual standards, and creative approval. Key Responsibilities Content Planning: Build and maintain the content calendar around approved campaigns, product priorities, launches, channel requirements, and deadlines. Brief Management: Translate the Creative Director's concepts and the Brand Manager's campaign briefs into practical briefs, copy requirements, shot lists, formats, schedules, and deliverables. Production Coordination: Coordinate shoots, video, reels, short-form content, editing, and post-production with internal specialists, freelancers, agencies, and vendors. Track approvals and flag risks early. Copy & Storytelling: Guide campaign copy, captions, and product stories; write or edit key pieces when required and check tone and product accuracy. Design & Asset Handover: Understand the requirements of designers and the Art Director for print and digital adaptations, without taking over the Art Director's technical design leadership. Organize final files, versions, usage rights, and handover to Social Media, paid media, e-commerce, and retail teams. Quality & Learning: Check content for brand consistency and channel fit before final creative approval; review audience response with Brand and Growth & Digital to improve future briefs and formats. Cost Discipline: Obtain estimates, monitor production costs against approved amounts, and escalate proposed overruns rather than setting or approving the department budget. Job Requirements 6-8 years of experience in content, creative production, or campaign management, preferably in fashion, premium, retail, lifestyle, or an agency serving those sectors. Portfolio of content series, shoots, or campaigns showing the candidate's brief, production role, copy or creative contribution, and finished assets. Strong editorial judgment and visual taste, with a practical understanding of photography, video production, editing, reels, short-form formats, print, and digital assets. Translate high-level business and brief objectives into cohesive creative strategies, overseeing end-to-end campaign execution from initial content hooks and angles through final release to guarantee measurable marketing impact. Collaborate closely with SEO specialists by applying solid search optimization principles across e-commerce website copy, landing pages, and product descriptions to boost organic discovery without sacrificing brand voice. Leverage deep e-commerce and paid media expertise to direct conversion-focused visuals and ad creatives, utilizing performance data to scale acquisition campaigns and drive top-line revenue growth. Understanding of high-end menswear and womenswear trends, styling, fit, fabrics, Textile and how garment details should be shown overall knowledge is a high advantage. Strong Knowledge with Adobe Creative Cloud and or relevant editing applications such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or CapCut, plus scheduling, project-management, and digital-asset systems. Practical use of AI tools for research, ideas, drafts, production planning, and content adaptation, with human review before publication. Experience coordinating contributors, production schedules, revisions, approvals, and supplier costs.
