We are looking for a Conveyancer to join our team in Dubai, with experience in property transfer procedures, transaction coordination, and business development within the UAE real estate market.Key Responsibilities include:Manage property transfer transactions from start to completionCoordinate with clients, brokers, banks, developers, and DLD Trustee OfficesVerify property documents, NOCs, title deeds, POAs, and mortgage documentsMaintain CRM records and ensure timely transaction processingVerify invoices, receipts, and supporting documents before submission to AccountsMaintain vendor relationships for POA, property valuation, and related servicesDevelop processes for property transaction fund facilitationHandle or coordinate Golden Visa applicationsGenerate new business through contacts with brokers, agencies, investors, and other partnersIdentify business opportunities for conveyancing and related servicesRequirementsKnowledge of Dubai real estate conveyancing and DLD proceduresExisting contacts with POA, valuation, and related service providersUnderstanding of fund facilitation and Golden Visa proceduresStrong communication, coordination, networking, and business development skillsAbility to generate business through personal and professional contactsBenefitsMonthly CompensationHealth Coverage and Work permitProfessional development opportunities and resourcesA dynamic and collaborative work environment with growth potential
