Creative & Brand Communications Manager

Job OverviewWe are seeking a creative, hands-on professional to lead our design and media team, develop brand communications, and establish a strong creative foundation across multiple companies.Key Responsibilities* Lead and collaborate with graphic designers, web designers, and photographers.* Develop and maintain brand identities and visual communication standards.* Direct photography and video production for projects, factories, and installations.* Oversee company profiles, portfolios, websites, and digital content.* Develop content strategies, creative concepts, and brand messaging.* Plan and manage social media content and communication activities.* Research competitors, industry exhibitions, and marketing opportunities.* Contribute to future marketing strategies in collaboration with management.* Utilize AI tools to enhance creative workflows and productivity.Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.* 4–7 years of relevant experience, including team coordination or supervision.* Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and digital design tools.* Experience in creative direction, content development, and photography supervision.* Good understanding of branding, digital marketing, and website management.* Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.* Proficiency in English; Arabic .Preferred: Experience in architecture, interior design, furniture, luxury hospitality, or related industries.Application RequirementsPlease submit your CV and professional portfolio to hr@artield.art, highlighting your creative work and projects you have managed or directed.
