We've earned 120+ category-defining customers, including IRCTC, CWC, Faballey, and GSN Group, with zero churn. Our product story is genuinely different from the sea of "corporate AI" content out there - now we need a creative voice that matches it.𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱

• Own the visual storytelling for Fire AI's brand across video, motion graphics, and static design - from concept to final cut.
• Bring art direction to every asset: composition, color, typography, and pacing that reflect a consistent, distinctive brand voice.
• Conceptualize and produce short-form video content - reels, social-first video, product explainers, campaign creatives - using AI-native video tools.
• Design graphics, thumbnails, decks, and campaign visuals that hold their own against the best design-led brands on social media.
• Continuously explore and stress-test new AI creative tools as they launch, and bring the best ones into the team's workflow before anyone else does.
• Partner closely with the Director of Marketing to translate campaign briefs and product narratives into scroll-stopping visual content.
• Maintain a fast, iterative production cycle: ideate, prototype, ship, learn, repeat.
• Build and maintain a system - templates, style guides, reusable AI workflows - so quality stays high even as output scales.𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗜𝗳...
• You have 3+ years in video editing and graphic design, ideally with an agency background - multiple clients, fast turnarounds, varied briefs.
• Your portfolio shows range and craft, not just competent execution, but genuine design sensibility and visual taste.
• You've hands-on explored AI video and image tools - Higgsfield, Runway, Google Flow, ChatGPT, Nano Banana - and pick up new ones fast.
• You're a demonstrated early adopter. You don't wait for a tool to be "proven"; you go try it the day it launches.
• You think in narrative arcs, hooks, and pacing - not just frames and cuts.
• You have a real eye for art direction: composition, color theory, typography, and visual consistency across a brand system.
• You understand social media as a creative medium - what stops a scroll and why, across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts/Reels.
• You're comfortable proposing bold creative directions and iterating fast when something doesn't land.
• You're self-driven and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, startup environment.𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀Higgsfield · Runway · Google Flow · ChatGPT · Nano Banana · Video editing and motion graphics tools · Graphic design tools · Fast adoption of new AI creative tools as they launchGood to Have: Experience designing for a B2B SaaS or tech brand · Basic understanding of AI/data concepts (helps translate Fire AI's product story visually) · A personal social media presence or content practice of your own𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗜You'll be the creative voice for a product category Fire AI is defining, not following - with the freedom to experiment with the newest AI tools before most brands even know they exist. Every reel, explainer, and campaign asset you make directly shapes how enterprises and prospective hires perceive a company building genuinely differentiated technology. You won't be making content that looks like everyone else's "corporate AI" output - you'll be setting the bar for what that content should look like.𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵This role isn't for someone who wants a stable toolkit and a predictable workflow. The tools you rely on this month may be obsolete next month, and you'll be expected to have already found - and mastered - whatever replaces them. If you want to be genuinely on the frontier of AI-native creative work, with real ownership over how a category-defining product tells its story, this is built for you.𝘍𝘪𝘳𝘦 𝘈𝘐 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘲𝘶𝘢𝘭 𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘰𝘺𝘦𝘳.
