CX - Customer / Colleague experience manager – Wholesale Banking Hiring: Senior Banking UX / CX– Customer & Colleague ManagerNorton Blake is seeking an experienced banking UX/CX professional to support a wholesale banking transformation programme, covering client onboarding, trade finance, cash management and servicing.You’ll represent customer and colleague needs, reviewing and adapting vendor-provided journeys and screens directly in Figma. The focus is on making those experiences intuitive, consistent and aligned with the bank’s branding and business objectives, while maximising standard platform capabilities.What you’ll be doing:Review vendor-provided journeys, screen flows and interactions, identifying usability gaps and opportunities for improvement.Work hands-on in Figma to refine experiences and demonstrate proposed screen and interaction changes.Ensure consistency with the bank’s branding, communication standards, UX guidelines and design system.Work with vendors to understand configurable capabilities, UX options and customisation constraints.Evaluate when to adopt standard journeys, configure existing functionality or request enhancements.Represent customer and colleague requirements during discovery, design reviews and UAT.Coordinate feedback from business stakeholders, relationship managers, operations teams and users.What we’re looking for:Strong recent banking UX/CX design experience, ideally within wholesale, corporate, business or transaction banking.Experience working with Vendors to review vendor-provided journeys, screen flows and interactions, identifying usability gaps and opportunities for improvement.Confident, hands-on Figma capability, with examples of screens, flows and prototypes you have personally worked on.Experience reviewing and improving existing platform journeys, balancing user needs with technical and configuration constraints.Understanding of both customer-facing banking experiences and internal colleague workflows.Senior stakeholder management skills and confidence challenging vendor proposals constructively.UAE/GCC banking experience is highly desirable.Please share your CV and portfolio, highlighting recent banking projects, your personal contribution to the Figma work, availability and rate expectations.
