Order Management / Customer Service Specialist (SAP S/4HANA), Retail & WholesaleAn exciting opportunity has opened with a leading international retail and consumer brand, known for innovation, performance and customer excellence.We’re looking for an Order Management / Customer Service Specialist to own the wholesale order book for the brand’s retail and distribution partners across the Middle East. You’ll manage every order from entry through to final delivery in SAP S/4HANA, making sure stock, pricing, terms and delivery dates are right before anything ships.You’ll work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and the Distribution Centre, keeping orders moving, resolving issues quickly and giving the sales team clear visibility of open orders and conversion.What you’ll do:Enter, release and manage customer orders in SAP S/4HANAReview the order book against requested delivery dates and act early on risksCheck stock availability, pricing, terms and routing before orders are releasedCoordinate shipments with the Distribution Centre and logistics partners through to deliveryInvestigate and resolve shipment claims, returns and credit notesReport on open and outstanding orders, order conversion and order book KPIsSupport the business in meeting monthly targetsWhat we’re looking for:Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience in sales order processing (essential)Minimum 3 years in order management, B2B customer service or sales operationsExperience within a retail, fashion, sportswear, FMCG or consumer brand environmentStrong order book management, from order entry to delivery and invoicingExperience working with key accounts, distributors or wholesale customersStrong Excel and reporting skillsExcellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantageThe successful candidate will be organised, detail-driven and commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced regional environment where accuracy and service go hand in hand.
