We are looking for detail-oriented and analytical individuals who are passionate about working with data, identifying meaningful patterns, and transforming raw information into actionable insights. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in data analysis, reporting, data visualisation, and supporting data-driven business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, organise, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and business insights.Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data distributions and identify potential anomalies.Develop, maintain, and update dashboards, reports, and data visualisations.Interpret analytical results and translate complex data into clear and meaningful insights.Prepare regular reports to monitor business performance and key operational metrics.Identify data inconsistencies, discrepancies, and gaps, and recommend appropriate corrective measures.Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and support business objectives.Conduct trend analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.Support the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).Assist in preparing business performance reports and analytical presentations for stakeholders.Perform comparative analysis to evaluate business performance across different periods and categories.Support data-driven decision-making by providing accurate and relevant analytical findings.Maintain proper documentation of data sources, analytical processes, and reporting procedures.Assist in automating repetitive reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.Research industry trends and emerging analytical practices to enhance reporting and analysis.Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with relevant data-handling standards.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong understanding of data analytics and fundamental data analysis concepts.Knowledge of data collection, cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques.Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet-based data analysis.Understanding of SQL and database management concepts.Familiarity with data visualisation and dashboard development.Basic understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methodologies.Ability to interpret data and identify meaningful trends and patterns.Understanding of data reporting and performance measurement.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to present analytical findings in a clear and structured manner.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members in a remote environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience working on academic, personal, or professional data analytics projects.Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting practices.Understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics.Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation platforms.Understanding of data warehousing and data management concepts.Knowledge of data storytelling and analytical reporting.Familiarity with data quality management and validation processes.Understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and performance analysis.Experience working with real-world datasets and preparing analytical reports.What You Will GainExposure to real-world data analytics projects and industry-related challenges.Practical experience in data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.Opportunities to strengthen analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Hands-on experience with data visualisation and business intelligence practices.Understanding of how organisations use data to improve performance and decision-making.Opportunities to collaborate with professionals and cross-functional teams.Experience applying analytical concepts to practical business scenarios.
