Employment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are seeking a technically proficient and result-oriented MERN Stack Trainer with 1–2 years of experience in full-stack development and/or technical training.

The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in the MERN stack and the ability to deliver structured, practical, and industry-oriented training to students and aspiring developers.The candidate will be responsible for delivering technical sessions, mentoring learners, facilitating project-based learning, and ensuring trainees develop the practical skills required to build and deploy full-stack web applications.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct structured training sessions on MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.Deliver hands-on coding sessions, technical demonstrations, and real-world project assignments.Develop training materials, coding exercises, assessments, and project documentation.Guide trainees in designing, developing, testing, debugging, and deploying full-stack applications.Provide technical mentorship and resolve learners' programming challenges.Evaluate trainee performance through assignments, coding assessments, and project reviews.Stay updated with current web development technologies, industry practices, and development tools.Required Technical SkillsStrong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming.Hands-on experience with MongoDB and database operations.Practical knowledge of Node.js and Express.js for backend development.Proficiency in React.js, including components, hooks, state management, and routing.Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.Familiarity with Git, GitHub, debugging, and code management practices.Understanding of full-stack application architecture and deployment fundamentals.Eligibility Criteria1–2 years of relevant experience in MERN stack development, technical training, or both.Demonstrable hands-on experience in developing web applications using the MERN stack.Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and mentor learners effectively.Willingness to work onsite at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.Preferred Profile: Candidates with experience in live project development, academic training, coding bootcamps, or technical mentoring will be preferred.
