Mandarin or French speaking nanny

Position OverviewA private family based in Jumeirah 1, Dubai, is seeking an experienced, caring, and proactive fluent Mandarin- or French-speaking nanny to care for their three young children: 2.5, 5, and 6 years.The primary focus will be on the youngest child, while also supporting the older two children withtheir after-school routines, activities, and daily needs.The ideal candidate will be warm, organized, engaging, and passionate about early childhooddevelopment, with the ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments for all threechildren.Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, appropriate care, with a primary focus on the 2.5-year-old child.
• Plan and organize fun, educational, and creative activities that support the children's learning,development, and social skills.
• Assist the older children, 5 and 6, with their after-school routines and activities.
• Encourage language development through storytelling, reading, conversations, songs, andinteractive play.
• Support the children's daily routines, including meals, personal hygiene, dressing, and nap orrest times, as appropriate.
• Organize indoor and outdoor activities that promote creativity, physical development, andindependence.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and child-friendly environment.
• Encourage positive behaviour, good manners, and appropriate independence.
• Communicate effectively with the parents regarding the children's routines, progress,activities, and general well-being.
• Ensure all three children receive appropriate attention, care, and emotional support.Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience working as a nanny with toddlers and young children.
• Experience caring for multiple children of different ages is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Mandarin or French is required.
• A warm, patient, responsible, and nurturing personality.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan engaging children's activities.
• Good understanding of early childhood development and appropriate routines.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, discreet approach to working within aprivate household.
• Relevant childcare qualifications and first-aid certification would be an advantage.
