Job Role: Global Delivery Center Operations Head
Location: Johannesburg, South Africa (Onsite)Job Type: Full TimeKey ResponsibilitiesLeadership Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Head or Director of a Global Delivery Centre (GDC), Global Capability Centre (GCC), or large-scale technology delivery organisation, with end-to-end accountability for centre operations and performance.Large-Scale Team Management: Proven track record of leading large size of employees across multiple functions, with overall responsibility for delivery centre operations and leadership oversight of all key departments through direct or functional reporting structures.Operational and Financial Management: Strong expertise in delivery governance, workforce and resource planning, operational excellence, budgeting, P&L ownership, cost optimisation, and service delivery performance management.Technology and Service Delivery: Sound understanding of enterprise technology services, complex delivery models, and multi-service-line operations, with the ability to align technology capabilities with business objectives.Business Growth and Client Acquisition: Demonstrated success in business development, sales, new client acquisition, account expansion, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth.Executive Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage with C-level executives, build strategic client relationships, and drive business growth, service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Industry Experience: Prior experience in established technology services companies, consulting firms, or large-scale technology delivery organisations is strongly preferred.Ideal Candidate ProfileA hands-on, business-oriented strategic leader with a proven track record of owning and managing a Global Delivery Centre end to end.
