Crossroads Dental Clinic is hiring a qualified, DHA-licensed Dental Assistant to join our growing dental team in Dubai.We are looking for a dedicated and patient-focused professional with strong chairside assisting skills, sound knowledge of dental procedures, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care, hygiene, and infection control.As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and specialists, supporting general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, endodontics, and other dental treatments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient four-handed chairside assistance during dental examinations, fillings, crowns, cosmetic restorations, and root canal treatments.Prepare dental treatment rooms, instruments, equipment, and materials before procedures.Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments in accordance with DHA requirements and clinic infection control protocols.Assist with dental radiography and take dental X-rays where authorized under applicable DHA requirements.Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and clinical documentation.Support patient preparation, comfort, and post-treatment care instructions.Assist dentists and specialists during various dental and clinical procedures.Coordinate with reception staff regarding appointments and patient flow when required.Ensure treatment rooms and dental equipment remain clean, organized, and ready for use.Maintain professional standards of patient confidentiality, safety, and teamwork.Qualifications & Requirements:Mandatory:Minimum two-year relevant dental qualification.Valid DHA Dental Assistant licence or applicable DHA professional registration.Good knowledge of dental instruments, materials, clinical procedures, sterilization, and infection control.Good English communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred:1–2 years of relevant clinical experience in a dental clinic.Experience assisting with general, restorative, cosmetic, and endodontic procedures.Arabic communication skills.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a patient-focused approach.Ability to work efficiently in a busy, multi-specialty dental clinic.Candidates available for immediate joining.How to apply:Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.📩 Email your updated CV to: adcrossroads.01@gmail.comYou may also submit your application directly through this LinkedIn job posting.Join Crossroads Dental Clinic and become part of a team committed to delivering quality dental care in Dubai.
